Reiki
Using Light Touch or Distance Reiki, each Reiki session is a uniquely personal experience and can feel different every time depending on what the body, mind and soul require. Electrifying warmth, cold or tingling sensations can flow gently throughout the body. It is possible to experience profound colors, strong emotions and/or have memories or visions. It is also possible to feel heaviness, lightness or even drift off into a deep meditation or sleeplike state. All sensations are welcomed and encouraged!
Guided Meditation
As a Shamanic Journeying Practitioner clients are guided into a deep sound healing meditation and taken on a mystical journey to re-discover their hidden strengths by removing the veils of false beliefs and realities. Once submerged into the subconscious mind comes the ability to reconnect with their inner most desires and even heal traumas on the deepest spiritual and cellular level.While on this journey, there is also a chakra clearing and cleansing that takes place.
Timeline Therapy
Timeline Therapy is a technique using light Hypnotherapy to bring clients into a mentally open and calmed state. Once open and relaxed, they can begin to understand behavioral patterns stemming from deep seated traumas from this life, past lives and even through ancestorial lines. Combined with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) clients are able to heal, and in some cases, even rewrite their history in such a way that promotes deep healing on the cellular level.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion.
It has no dogma, and there are not any requirements needed in order to receive a healing.
